What is a Health Coach?
A Health Coach is a master of habit change. They are the support and accountability you need to instill new habits, new routines, new meanings, and new beginnings. A Health Coach will support and stretch you unlike any other coach, mentor, or clinician. Often times they act as the bridge between you and your medical team. You will often times see a Health Coach working with other medical providers.
Whats the difference between a Health Coach and a Personal Trainer?
The main difference between the two professions is that a health coach can coach you in a variety of different areas depending on their area of expertise. A personal trainer often times can only help you through a physical fitness journey. You may find trainers in local gyms or practicing through online training. I am both a practicing Health Coach and Personal Trainer! Rest assured that you are in good hands working with me regardless of what your health goals entail. Note that not all health coaches are trainers, and not all trainers are health coaches.
Will you give me a meal plan?
Providing someone with a meal plan is a service that only a Registered Dietician (RD) can legally do. However, with my skill and knowledge base I am able to provide you with basic nutrition knowledge that will jumpstart your journey. You will be surprised how much more intuitive you will become with your body! Macronutrient adjustments may be provided with personal training packages.
How much does coaching cost?
Making the decision to work with a health coach is one of the best investments you can make for yourself. My approach is to treat each client on an individualized basis. Because of my approach, the investment will range in price depending on what program I think will best suit you. There is no better investment than the one you make in yourself. What can I expect while working with you?
I am highly trained to help guide you through challenges such as weight loss, low energy levels, stress management, and even in other areas that are not directly correlated to your health (No topic is off limits). However, my area of expertise lies in helping men and women break through weight loss resistance and find balance in their lives. Life can be challenging enough. Having someone to guide you through the road blocks can make all the difference in your success.
